A newbie to the New York City scene, Camille loves to spend her time exploring!

Camille is constantly on the go—whether it is doing Taco Tuesday with her girls, salsa dancing at a new club, digging for treasures at a flea market, people watching at the park, or seeing local bands at the bar.

This front desk diva/sales assistant is always ready to try something new.

 

Danit: Online Concierge

Danit is the ultimate “sweets”-talker, forever absorbed in anything chocolate. She lives to laugh, longs for the sites of Italy and loves colorful prints and patterns. With an iced coffee in hand and classic rock playing in her ear, Danit is a true New Yorker and can be seen roaming the streets of the City, at nothing but the fastest pace possible!

 

Eva: Color & Trims Manager

Eva LOVES working with color! She has lived in NYC her whole life and loves everything the city has to offer. She loves exploring the city with her two sons. She loves to travel, but always loves coming home. She is always on the go and can rarely be found relaxing. Eva is currently attending FIT to become a certified Color Specialist. She also loves event planning, decorating, music, art and shopping.

 

Ila: Director of Sales

Ila Wood is Hanky Panky’s Senior Account Executive responsible for Department Store Sales.  She has been working in the fashion industry for over 13 years where she has had experience buying and selling Cosmetics, Women’s Fragrances, and Intimate Apparel.  She currently lives in the suburbs of New Jersey with her husband, son, daughter and Buddy, the Jack Russell Terrier!

 

JD: Glam Guru

JD has fashion in his genes! This man about town is always up to date on the latest celebrity buzz, fashion, and style. He admits to being pop culture obsessed and has a near photographic memory. (Follow JD on Twitter: @HankyPankyJD)

 

 

Kristina: Visual Assistant

Kristina is Belarus-born and Brooklyn bred! As assistant to our Glam Guru, she loves to laugh and enjoys anything visually stimulating! Kristina can be found at the cinema checking out the latest foreign flick or dancing to transglobal beats. Her current inspirations include Andrei Tarkovsky, Matthew Barney, and the color red.

 

Larissa: Senior Designer

Larissa has been designing for Hanky Panky since 2003. Originally from Connecticut, she has lived in Brooklyn for nearly a decade. She’s obsessed with travel, ethical/sustainable design, cooking (particularly when some sort of gadget is involved), 1960s soul, fashion history, and vintage lingerie. Not content to stop with a BFA in Fashion Design, she’s currently pursuing her master’s degree in at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she’s studying to become a fashion historian. Lindsay: Merchandising Coordinator

A New Jersey native, Lindsay has been with Hanky Panky since 2009 and has worked in the fashion industry since 2004. Lindsay handles visual merchandising at our department store accounts. She currently lives in New Jersey with her artist boyfriend and enjoys baking, hiking, and going down the shore.

 

 

Lisa: Purchasing Associate

Lisa is in her mid-twenties and lives in Staten Island, NY.  She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She loves going to Broadway shows, spending time with friends, reading and shopping.

 

 

 

 

Makeda: Senior Designer

Makeda has joined us as Senior Designer all the way from sunny England. Makeda, the Caribbean, British, self-proclaimed Latina chica loves all things creative from fashion and lingerie trends to music, interior design and learning about new languages as well as cultures. In her spare time Makeda loves socializing with the best of them and loves all things glam!

 

 

Michele: Assistant Designer

Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Michele has lived in NYC nearly 5 years. Most New Yorkers say she’s very “west coast”–it’s true, because cowboy boots are her favorite accessory. (They go with everything! ~ Michele)

 

Nadine: Wholesale Customer Service

Nadine is a true people-person. Her Moroccan roots add spice to her personality and French to her vocabulary. She loves parties and spending time with loved ones. She is a true “night owl”, is never in the same place for too long and loves to travel.

 

Valaya: Finance Manager

Valaya was born and raised in New York. She loves finding new adventures, traveling and exploring different cultures. When she’s not at the office crunching numbers, you can find her at the nearest mountain bike trail with her buds. Aside from getting muddy in the outdoors, she is also a creative butterfly who loves DIY-ing just about everything!

Hillary: E-commerce Merchandiser

Newbie to the Hanky Panky e-commerce team by day and fashion blogger on @twoandsevenon7 by night, Hillary is the ultimate merchandising buff, vintage enthusiast, fashion junkie and lover of a bold, red lip. To survive in the fashion world, she remembers the words of Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel, “Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only.
