The holidays are upon us and avoiding winter weight gain can be a serious stressor for many women. In my family, the celebration is all about indulgence. Everything is centered on eating tons of my mother’s (delicious) homemade and calorie-laden food.  And I’ll be honest—we like to stretch the holiday celebration well beyond its one designated day.

Needless to say, I am totally one of those women stressing over the holiday weight gain issue!
