Two Looks from Hanky Panky's Fall 2012 Collection

From the moment I opened the Fall 2012 line sheet, I fell in looooove with the new prints for the season! Our entire showroom was immediately drawn to the “Zoe” zig-zag print. I instantly made an association with stylist Rachel Zoe and her love for Missoni from linens to caftans to baby strollers. The “Headlines” print conjured memories of Sex and The City‘s Carrie in her iconic Dior Newspaper Dress.

The “Gigi” group reminded me of my college friend Glenda, whom we nicknamed Gigi (and she loves black and white). The “Grand Dot” print (coming in August) brought to mind my friend Kelly, who epitomizes the perfectly put-together-modern-vintage look (sounds like a contradiction, I know, but think Max Mara meets Anthropologie). And so on and so on…

These intimates have become intimate in more way than one. Needless to say, I can’t wait for Fall! I will be buying all of the prints and gifting several of them as well!
