Chocolate Marshmallow Pie

This recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser; it sure was with my family! My sister and I made this for our family’s Valentine’s Day party and they loved it so much they requested it be made for every holiday. It’s so easy to make and yet so delicious. I hope you try and make this for your next holiday party!

Chocolate Marshmallow Pie:

Ingredients:

8 oz. mini chocolate chips

2 tsp. butter

3 ½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions:

1) Line a 9″x 9″ (or close in size) pan with aluminum foil or use an aluminum pan

2) In a pot, melt chocolate and butter over medium heat, stirring until thoroughly combined

3) Stir in 3 cups of marshmallows over low heat (marshmallows should become soft, not melted).

4) Scrape mixture into pan and smooth into an even layer. Sprinkle ½ cup marshmallows on top and refrigerate until chocolate sets. Let sit an hour before serving.
