Hanky Panky Supports The Pink Agenda

For the second year running, Hanky Panky is one of the leading corporate donors to The Pink Agenda, a not-for-profit organization that funds breast cancer research and patient care and raises awareness of the disease among young professionals.

The Pink Agenda was founded in 2007 by Liana Douillet Guzman, Jaquelyn Scharnick and Marisa Renee Lee, who have professional backgrounds in finance, government, and legal marketing. The Pink Agenda’s founders understood just how much young professionals have to offer in the fight against breast cancer: the disposable income to be individual donors and, more importantly, the networking and organizational skills for large-scale fundraising.

The Pink Agenda’s focus on young professionals makes them a natural fit for Hanky Panky, which has a loyal (some would say cult) following among professional women of all ages.

The Pink Agenda’s research grants fund clinical and/or translational breast cancer research projects vetted by The Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s board of scientific advisors. The Pink Agenda also works with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Program for Young Women with Breast Cancer, which focuses on the unique needs of young women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Click here to purchase tickets to The Pink Agenda’s annual fundraising gala on Friday, October 16th in NYC. We’ll see you there!

About Hanky Panky

Over 30 years ago, in 1977, designer Gale Epstein created a hand-made lingerie set for her friend, Lida Orzeck, crafted out of embroidered handkerchiefs. The original designs were the inspiration for the company name, Hanky Panky. Blending traditional with modern glam looks, Hanky Panky is a fashion favorite of countless celebrities.
