Folk Floral, a new Hanky Panky print for Fall ’15, is “a stripe inspired by traditional Eastern European embroidery,” says Senior Designer Larissa. In this complex print, romantic florals alternate with geometric and scrolling patterns reminiscent of blackwork, an embroidery technique dating back to 13th century Islamic Egypt.
